An everyday jacket with a twist: this lightweight cotton jacket from Nöl Collective features pockets made out of cotton majdalawi fabric, handwoven in an artisan studio in Gaza. Majdalawi fabric has been a critical element of traditional Palestinian dress for centuries. Hailing from the demolished town of al Majdal in the Gaza region, this fabric was handwoven inn one of the last remaining artisan studios left in Palestine.
