ONLINE RETURN POLICY

Eligible full price merchandise purchased online can be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt for exchange or store credit only.  All items must be returned in unworn and otherwise perfect condition with original tags attached. Footwear will only be accepted if unworn and returned in its original, undamaged shoebox.  Returns that do not meet our policy criteria will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.  Jewelry, swim, hats & hair accessories, eyewear, intimates, beauty, fragrances, vintage, and discounted or sale items purchased online are final sale – no returns.

IN STORE RETURN POLICY

Eligible full price merchandise purchased in our Montclair boutique may be returned within 14 days of purchase for exchange or store credit only, provided the item(s) are in unworn and otherwise perfect condition with the original tags attached.  Footwear must be returned in its original, undamaged shoebox. Sale or otherwise discounted items, vintage, intimates, swim, hats & hair accessories, beauty, fragrances, jewelry and any special orders purchased in store are considered final sale – no returns or exchanges. 

REFUNDS & RETURNING ITEMS

Online order returns for store credit will be issued for the full item value paid, less the return shipping charge, should you request a label.  Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation with your store credit number.  This credit can be used online or in our Montclair boutique.

To request a return, please email us at returns@shopmonty.com. Once you’ve received email confirmation approving your request, send us the item you'd like to return and include a copy of the email in your shipment.  Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, and we recommend sending your return via a traceable carrier, insured for the full value of the product contained within. We are not responsible for missing packages or damage of returned goods in transit.  Should you prefer, we will gladly provide a trackable shipping label at your request; the return label fee of $15 will be deducted from your return credit.
