US SHIPPING METHODS & RATES

USPS + UPS GROUND: Free on all orders over $250 shipped within the contiguous United States.  For orders under $250, shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.*
EXPEDITED SHIPPING: Calculated at checkout, based on destination
IN-STORE PICKUP: Always free!

Once shipped, USPS and UPS Ground packages can take anywhere from 1 - 5 business days, depending on destination.  For time sensitive orders, please select expedited service.  Orders with express delivery will ship the same day if placed by 3pm EST Wednesday - Friday (we are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays - contact us directly for immediate shipping requests).  Orders placed after 3pm on regular business days, weekends, or holidays will be shipped the following business day.  Once tendered to the carrier, we are not responsible for missing or undeliverable packages.

Please note, we are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses at this time.

WORLDWIDE: Calculated at checkout

Taxes and duties are not included.  Payment of any fees is the responsibility of the recipient and will be collected at the time of delivery.  Although taxes are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country and are based on the value of the order.  We recommend contacting your local customs agency with specific questions.

International packages that are refused or abandoned will not be eligible for any type of reimbursement or reshipment.  Once tendered to the carrier, we are not responsible for missing or undeliverable packages.

All orders shipped internationally are final sale.

*Off-site + warehouse sale orders do not qualify for free shipping
